- Provide legal Advice on feasibility and filing of applications under IBC, Code 2016 against the borrowers
- Evaluate acceptable compromise / One Time Settlement proposals submitted by borrower
- Evaluate reasonableness of business plan submitted by the borrower.
- Assist and coordinate other creditors for conclusive resolution plan.
